A RigaTony’s Coronavirus Update

I know you’re overloaded with updates and information but we felt it was important to update you on how we at RigaTony’s are handling the evolving health crisis, and changes we have made in our operation. We are keenly aware that we’re all in this together, and truly responsible for each other’s safety. We take that responsibility very seriously. Some of the changes and enhancements that we’ve made are:

  • None of our employees are allowed to work unless they are completely healthy. This has always been our rule, and we are stringently enforcing this policy.
  • We are educating our employees with daily meetings on the latest advice and guidance from the CDC (Center for Disease Control). This includes instruction on everything you have been hearing about; avoiding physical contact, proper and frequent hand washing etc…
  • We have increased our cleaning practices both in frequency and extent of all touchable hard surfaces, both in the kitchen and public areas
  • We have enhanced our table preparation procedure. Each time we prepare a table for a new setting we clean the tabletop with a strong disinfectant solution. We similarly sanitize everything on the tabletop. You can be confident that when you are seated, your table has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Every time we retrieve menus from guests, they are returned to the hostess area where they are again disinfected before each and every use.
  • We have installed touchless soap and paper towel dispensers in the rest rooms.
  • Don’t forget that we have a spacious outdoor patio available with reserved seating
  • In addition we are in the process of supercharging our take-out program with lots of innovations that will streamline your take-out experience should you decide to have your RigaTony’s fix at home. More to come on this in the coming week!

So please, stay safe and healthy. Please let us know if you have any other suggestions or observations.

Thank you so much for your trust and patronage,

Mike, Chrissy, and the Staff at RigaTony’s
